Terms of Service

By accessing or using Card Fiesta Club you confirm you are at least 21 years old, a US resident in an eligible state, and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Card Fiesta Club website, games, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Card Fiesta Club Entertainment LLC ("Card Fiesta Club," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service description

Card Fiesta Club is a free-to-play social casino offered for entertainment purposes only. This is not real-money gambling. You cannot wager, win, or lose real money through the Service.

The Service uses virtual currency called Gold Coins. Gold Coins:

Are provided at no charge for entertainment play;
Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, gift cards, prizes, or anything of monetary value;
Cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed outside the Service; and
Do not entitle you to any prize, payout, or consideration of any kind.

Game outcomes are determined by random number generation or similar algorithms for entertainment. Past results do not predict future results. Playing social casino games does not improve your chances of success in real-money gambling.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

Be at least 21 years of age;
Be a legal resident of the United States;
Reside in a state where the Service is available (see Excluded States); and
Provide accurate registration information and maintain one account per person.

The Service is not available to residents of Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Louisiana. We may verify age, identity, and location and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

4. Account registration and security

To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service if you are under 21 or located in an excluded state or territory;
Use bots, scripts, cheats, emulators, or other automated means to play or collect Gold Coins;
Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service;
Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users or Card Fiesta Club staff;
Circumvent geographic, age, or other access restrictions, including through VPNs or proxy services used to misrepresent location;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local, state, or federal law.

We may investigate violations and take action including warning, suspension, forfeiture of virtual Gold Coins, or permanent account termination.

6. Virtual currency and promotions

Gold Coins may be granted through signup bonuses, daily rewards, promotions, or other in-Service mechanics. We may modify grant amounts, frequencies, or availability at any time. Gold Coins have no expiration date unless stated in a specific promotion, and unused Gold Coins confer no property rights.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any game, feature, or Gold Coin balance. Technical issues may occasionally affect balances; we will use reasonable efforts to restore affected accounts.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Card Fiesta Club Entertainment LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARD FIESTA CLUB ENTERTAINMENT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER — WHICH, FOR A FREE SERVICE, IS TYPICALLY ZERO.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Card Fiesta Club Entertainment LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and any unused Gold Coins are forfeited without compensation.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

14. General provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Card Fiesta Club regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours without restriction.
