1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Card Fiesta Club Entertainment LLC ("Card Fiesta Club," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company. Our contact details appear in Section 12 below.
Card Fiesta Club is a free-to-play social casino. We do not process real-money gambling transactions. Virtual Gold Coins have no cash value.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account and identity information — When you register, we may collect your email address, phone number, date of birth, US state of residence, and a password (stored in hashed form). We use this information to create and secure your account and verify that you meet our 21+ and geographic eligibility requirements.
- Usage and gameplay data — We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including games played, session duration, Gold Coin balances and activity, device type, browser, IP address, and general location derived from IP (e.g., state-level).
- Communications — If you contact us at [email protected] or other addresses, we retain the content of your messages and our responses.
- Cookies and similar technologies — We use cookies, local storage, and similar tools as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Information from service providers — We may receive technical or analytics data from hosting, security, and analytics vendors that help us operate the Service.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or precise geolocation beyond what is needed for eligibility verification.

We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your gameplay experience;
- Verify age, identity, and state eligibility;

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act. You may submit a verifiable request to [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (typically 45 days). You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf with appropriate documentation.
In the preceding twelve months we collected the categories of information described in Section 2 for the business purposes in Section 3. We have not sold personal information.
Other US state privacy laws
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise applicable rights by contacting [email protected]. We will honor requests in accordance with applicable law.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for users who are at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 21, we will delete it promptly. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information.
10. International users
The Service is directed to US residents in eligible states. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
